The Ursuline Sisters are excited to announce a new $100,000 dollar-for-dollar challenge grant in support of the Bold Faith | Building a Future campaign to build a new residence for our sisters in Pepper Pike.
A friend of the Ursuline Sisters is making this anonymous challenge to honor the memory of Jean Hulseman Kloos. Inspired by the success of the Moran Family Foundation Challenge, the donor will match every new gift or pledge to double its value through this challenge grant. The donor is impressed with our bold vision as we continue to strengthen our Ursuline mission and create a legacy for the future.
Jean Hulseman Kloos was a humble and gracious agent of kindness. She lived by building community wherever she went with her welcoming demeanor. Jean was co-founder with her husband, Bob, and others of Beacon Street Performing Arts in Ministry. She also created Helping Hands at Ruffing Montessori School. In all of these efforts, she understood the importance of selfless work and sought to render her good deeds invisible. With a smile that filled the hearts of anyone she met, Jean wanted nothing more than to allow others to feel comfortable and included. This quiet, behind-the-scenes woman left a lasting impression on the lives of all she touched.
We invite you to be a part of this wonderful challenge honoring this remarkable woman. What a difference your gift or pledge will make! You can make a gift or pledge today by clicking the donate button.
